The BOLD recipe to dream big
When we are heads-down busy with the day to day, it is all too easy to forget where we are going and why. Giving myself no space before I move straight to the next thing is still a tendency of mine. Even now.
And it comes at a cost.
When we don’t dare to dream, we stay in auto-pilot, stuck on the treadmill.
We let ourselves down.
Following our dreams opens up a world of possibility.
It keeps us clear and focused, it honours our integrity and fuels our passion for life.
We live longer, healthier and happier lives, which is the whole purpose of the BOLD self-coaching framework*
So if it’s that rewarding, why don’t we do more of it?
Fear of Failure is a common reason that holds us back.
This can be confusing as many High Achievers and Entrepreneurs claim this as a key driver of their success.
And to some extent, they have a point.
It is only when we follow the lead of successful entrepreneurs who embrace fear of failure as a temporary and inevitable companion to their most audacious aspirations, that we are able to step up fully and become architects of the life we yearn for.
