Following graduation from Bristol University, I started my career at Boston Consulting Group in Munich and went on to do an MBA at IESE, one of Europe’s leading Business Schools.
Returning to London, I was singled out as a high achiever and amassed over twenty years corporate, board level experience, guiding the strategy of some of the world’s most iconic brands at leading creative agencies.
When I launched my own strategy consultancy to work with SMES and start-ups, I realised that, beyond brands, my passion lay in supporting the founders and leaders of these businesses to realise their full brilliance too.
I now practice as a fully certified ICF and CTI Executive and Leadership Coach and working with my high-flying client base, always delight in the journey to the richness beneath the titles, qualifications and accolades, to where the real magic in the story lies…
