It is no longer enough to be skilled at what you do, today’s leaders need to inspire, influence, listen, adapt and implement with greater insight, adaptability and agility than ever before.

To move beyond ‘doing leadership’ to being leaders.

As organisations recognise that it’s a big ask to expect their people to rely on their own resources or goodwill of colleagues to thrive, some of the issues that clients have brought to me for include:

how it works

I work with clients in six or 12 month programmes that include: 

  • A complimentary chemistry session upfront.  

  • An agreed number of face-to-face or virtual sessions, timed to fit.

  • Optional meeting with sponsor to agree Goals/KPIs.

  • Optional pre and post 360 feedback

  • Unlimited email and phone support between sessions.

  • Recommendation of relevant books, articles, TED talks

  • Introduction to useful connections in my network.

  • Optional recording of sessions on request, respecting fullest confidentiality as per the ICF code of ethics.
