Reflections and Intentions

The start of a new year offers us the opportunity to reflect on where we are in our lives and what we would like to bring in and let go of in the year ahead. Following are some questions to facilitate reflections on 2020 and intentions for 2021.

Reflections on 2020

 ·      What three words would you use to describe your 2020?

 ·      What are you most proud of this past year?

 ·      Who or what has inspired you most this past year?

 ·      What was your biggest challenge of 2020?

 ·      What surprised you the most about yourself this year?

 ·      What are you letting go of or forgiving yourself for from 2020?

 ·      When did you feel most alive this past year?

·      What have you learned during this past year that you are taking with you into 2021?

Intentions for 2021

 ·      What goals/intentions do you have for 2021?

 ·      What will you no longer tolerate in 2021?

 ·      What are choosing to bring more of and less of in your relationship with yourself in 2021?

 ·      What are choosing to bring more of and less of in your relationship with others in 2021?

 ·      What’s the most important thing that you can do to support yourself to grow and develop in 2021?

 ·      What is something you would do this year, if there was nothing stopping you?

 ·      How can you ensure that you stay connected to what inspires you in 2021?

 ·      What is the one thing you will be most proud of having achieved in December 2021 when you look back on this year?
